Two-column request
One form for planning, parts, and practical outdoor support.
Before sending, include the information that cannot be guessed from a product name alone. For a new gazebo or pergola, note the usable footprint, where doors or steps sit, whether the area is on a deck, slab, or paver base, and how many people normally use the space. For a grill shelter, add the grill width and surrounding clearance. For curtains or netting, include the model family and any visible rail or corner details.
Photos are often helpful when the request concerns an existing frame. A wide shot can show the structure style, while a close image of the roof corner, curtain track, or hardware point can narrow the accessory path. If you do not know the exact model, describe the roof material, frame finish, approximate dimensions, and when the product was purchased. Clear notes prevent mismatched accessories and repeated follow-up.
